When I visited Sandals St. Vincent, one thing became abundantly clear: this resort is a culinary haven. With 12 distinct restaurant concepts and 9 bars, it’s a paradise for anyone who loves food as much as I do. Each dining venue offers a unique experience, from family-style meals to fine dining with awe-inspiring views—making every meal a memorable occasion.
While I only had the chance to have lunch at one of the restaurants and indulge in some coconut treats at one of the coffee shops, the quality and attention to detail left a lasting impression. One standout feature of Sandals St. Vincent Dining is its family-style restaurant—a first for Sandals and available here in St. Vincent. For groups or families traveling together, it’s a wonderful way to connect over delicious food.
Of course, I couldn’t resist trying some of the highly recommended dishes. The Callaloo and Artichoke Dip,

an appetizer, was nothing short of divine. If you’re planning a visit, make sure this dish is on your list. Another highlight was the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

At first, I asked for the sauce on the side because, honestly, I was a bit of a coward (so un-Vincy of me, I know). But after testing the sauce, I knew I wanted the full experience. I asked them to immerse the chicken in the sauce, and it transformed the sandwich into exactly what it was meant to be—a perfectly balanced burst of flavor with just the right kick. It’s these kinds of culinary moments that make dining at Sandals a must-try experience.
For those with diverse cravings, the resort’s offerings include authentic Caribbean flavors and international cuisines. However, some restaurants do require reservations, so be sure to plan ahead to ensure you can savor the most sought-after dining spots.
The bars at Sandals St. Vincent are equally impressive, with 9 distinct spaces, each offering its own vibe. Whether you prefer sipping a handcrafted cocktail while watching the sunset or enjoying a poolside drink, the variety ensures there’s a perfect spot for everyone. One standout is the swim-up bar at the main event pool, where you don’t even have to get out of the water to enjoy your drink. During my visit, I could sense the thoughtfulness that went into designing these spaces—each bar inviting you to relax and unwind in style.

Sandals St. Vincent truly elevates the dining experience, blending luxury with the vibrant spirit of Caribbean cuisine. Tomorrow, I’ll be diving into the resort’s accommodations—from breathtaking beachfront suites to their innovative overwater villas. Trust me, there’s so much more to discover!
